Terms & Conditions – Ada Designer Boutique

These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern all interactions with Ada Designer Boutique through our store, website (adadesigner.com), social media platforms, online order services, and offline order fulfilment centres. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Services are available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • We reserve the right to terminate access if false information is provided.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after advance payment, as per policy.
  • Prices may change at any time at our sole discretion.
  • Orders will be delivered only after full payment is received.
  • If a customer fails to collect the stitched garment within 10 days of completion, Ada Designer Boutique will not be liable for the garment.

3. Custom Stitching & Alterations

  • All orders are custom-made, hence non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Alterations are complimentary only for minor size adjustments (within fabric limits).

  • Changes in style/design/dress type or alterations to fit another person are not included.

  • Pick-up/delivery for alterations may involve additional charges.

  • Alteration requests must be raised within 48 Hours of delivery.

4. Product Specifications

  • Color, embroidery, and fabric variations (approx. 10%–15%) may occur due to fabric nature, dyeing process, lighting, or digital display differences.

  • Final design outcome may slightly differ from reference images or illustrations.

5. Delivery & Timelines

  • Standard order completion time is 7–10 days.

  • Complex/custom designs may take 15–20 days.

  • Timelines may vary due to workload, logistics, weather, or unforeseen events (Acts of God).

  • We will keep customers updated about any delays.

6. Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled if:

  • Fabric has been cut, sourced, or work has started.

  • Dyeing/embroidery has been initiated.

  • Any customization process has begun.

7. Communication Policy

  • All communication must happen via our official channels (website, WhatsApp business, email, or store contact number).

  • We are not liable for any commitments made outside official channels (e.g., staff personal WhatsApp or personal calls).

8. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash, or POS terminals at our store.

  • All online payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.

  • Ada Designer Boutique does not store any card/bank details.

9. Returns & Refund

  • Since all garments are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not possible.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued only as a store credit/gift voucher, valid for a limited period.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate measurements and details at the time of order.

  • Any fitment issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Ada Designer Boutique is not responsible for garments altered by other parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited only to the stitching charges paid by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (monetary, financial, or otherwise) due to delays, design variations, or third-party logistics.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur  City, India courts only.
